This app "Sealmate" (Chinese name: 迟语, Bundle ID: com.jing.sealmate) is independently developed and operated by Liu Hongwei (hereinafter "we" / "us").

Sealmate 1.0 is fully offline. We do not collect, upload, or store any of your data.
The text you write, the photos you choose, and the unlock times you set live only in the app sandbox on your own iPhone / iPad and never leave your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics.
The App Store requires developers to disclose their data collection practices item by item according to Apple's data type list. Below is Sealmate 1.0's declaration for each item, consistent with what we selected in App Store Connect:

In short: we collect none of the 14 categories above, and we never use any of them for cross-app tracking of any kind. In the "App Privacy" section of App Store Connect, we selected "Data Not Collected".
Although we do not collect any data, the app itself does need to read and write the following on your device in order to function:

Sealmate 1.0 does not integrate any third-party SDK and does not call any third-party network service. No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no push SDK, no payment SDK.
We do not design this app for children under the age of 13. Because we collect no data, there is no scenario in which we specifically collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and believe a child used this app unsupervised in a way that raises any concern, please contact us at the email in Section 1 of this policy.
Under the relevant provisions of laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), you have the following rights:

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this policy are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from the content of this policy shall be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent People's Court in the developer's location.
