We are a very small independent team, and we reply to emails within 7 business days. For bug reports, please try to include the following in your email:
No. Sealmate 1.0 is fully offline, with no servers and no accounts. All seals live only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No. When you uninstall the app, iOS automatically deletes all data in the app sandbox, including all seals, photos, and settings. Before uninstalling, please make sure you have viewed all of your unlocked seals.
Not supported in 1.0. Because we do not offer cloud sync, data cannot be migrated across devices. If you plan to switch phones, we recommend opening all your unlocked seals on the old device in advance and exporting anything important via "Save to Photos / Copy Text". Cloud sync is a feature on the 2.0 roadmap.

If everything above looks fine but you still don't receive notifications, please email us and we'll investigate further.
Yes. Go to the seal's detail page → Edit to change the unlock time and text content (except for already-unlocked seals; unlocked seals can only be viewed and cannot be sealed again).
This usually happens when the app hasn't been opened for a long time. Tap the widget once or open the app manually, and the widget will refresh immediately. This is a limitation of how often iOS refreshes widgets, not a bug in the app.
This is privacy protection by default, so that others can't glance at your lock screen and see your seal's content. If you want unlocked images to appear clearly, go to "Settings → Widgets" and turn off the "Blur unlocked thumbnails" toggle.
That is the iOS launch screen, colored to match the home background, in order to remove the color jump between "tap → black screen → home". It is a normal part of loading, not a bug.
Yes. Sealmate is adapted for iPad (including Split View multitasking). The widget also supports medium and large sizes on iPad.
Not supported in 1.0. Sealmate relies heavily on the Apple ecosystem (SwiftData, WidgetKit, local notification scheduling, etc.), and there are no near-term plans to develop an Android version.
We warmly welcome your feedback, ideas, and feature suggestions. If your suggestion is adopted and implemented in a later version, we will mention your nickname in the release notes as a thank-you, so please let us know in your email how you'd like us to address you.
