1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Amblo ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or copy, distribute, or sell it in any unauthorized manner.

3. Your data and responsibility

All data in the App is stored in the local storage of your own device. We do not hold or back up your data. You understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for backing up important trips via the "Export Data" feature. We are not liable for data loss caused by device loss, damage, app uninstallation, or system cleanup.
• You are responsible for the content you enter into the App and its legality.

4. Third-party services

The App's place search is powered by Apple Maps (MapKit). Search results (including place names, coordinates, etc.) originate from Apple, and their accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are Apple's responsibility. When using this feature, you should also comply with Apple's applicable terms of service and privacy policy. In addition, when you choose "Open in Maps" for a place, the App launches a maps app installed on your device (such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Amap, or Baidu Maps) for navigation.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The trip planning, place information, schedules, and reminders provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute any travel, navigation, or booking advice. Please rely on official information, on-site conditions, and authoritative sources when you actually travel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Intellectual property

The name, icon, interface design, code, and related documentation of the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable law. The personal data you create within the App belongs to you.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be published within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
